YOUR TRAINING CAMP STARTS NOW.

Game day is coming either way. I want my clients to feel challenged, but never intimidated or discouraged — and to see the proof that their hard work is actually going somewhere.

Founding clients

Be my next success story

I am building my Chicago roster right now, which means you get the version of coaching where I know your name, your schedule, and every number in your log. Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.

Why the work has not stuck

01

You cannot tell if it is working

You show up, you sweat, you go home. Weeks pass and nothing on the bar or in the mirror says the work is landing. Without structure, effort just disappears.

02

Programs already burned you

You have tried the app, the plan a friend sent, the six-week challenge. They assumed a life you do not have, so you quit and blamed yourself for it.

03

The gym feels like a room you do not belong in

Doubles, night shifts, a body you are still getting comfortable in. Walking in is the hard part, and nobody has ever made that part feel simple.

The method

I meet you where you are, load the work you can actually repeat, and teach you why it works — so the confidence stays after the session ends.

Encouraging, not demanding

I push you to grow, never with pressure or shame for having limitations.

Structured, not random

Named phases and progressive overload, logged so progress is visible.

Educational, not dependent

You leave knowing the reasons, so you own the journey yourself.

Training Camp

Three phases. Every block has a job, so a hard week never feels like a setback.

01

Pre-season

We talk before we train. Your schedule, your history, your goal, and the lifts we build the whole camp on.

02

In-season

Loaded training, logged every session, with the weight and reps climbing on purpose instead of by accident.

03

Off-season

Life gets loud. Two solid sessions a week hold the ground you took, so you never restart from zero.

What changes

You guess what to do when you walk in.

You know the lifts, the reps, and why they are on the page.

A missed week wrecks the whole month.

A missed week is a phase adjustment, not a failure.

You hope the work is going somewhere.

You can point at the log and see exactly where it went.

You shrink in the weight room.

You take up space in it, because you earned the room.

Straight answers

01 I do not know where to start.

Perfect. That is the easiest client to coach, because nothing has to be undone first. I believe in meeting people where they are. Session one is movement, breathing, and a few base lifts, not a test you can fail.

02 I have tried programs before and quit.

Programs quit on you when they assume a life you do not have. I build around your week, not around a template, and I will never guilt you for a missed session. If a plan needs pressure to survive, it was a bad plan.

03 I do not have time to be in the gym daily.

You do not need daily. Three or four honest sessions a week, repeated for months, changes a physique. Shift workers get plans built around rotations, not around a nine-to-five that never applied to them.

04 What are your credentials?

I am an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer and general fitness coach in Chicago, working with clients on building muscle, losing body fat, getting stronger, and getting comfortable in their own bodies.

About Mak

I started at 19 and I did not take it seriously.

I slacked off and got frustrated with myself. What changed me was consistency, and then finally seeing progress I had earned. Now I coach so other people get that same feeling of confidence and accomplishment.
